Although I spent my July 4th working, it was the best time in my life. I couldn't have asked to spend a better day, then with two awesome people; Chay and Kevin. The morning was light, the customers were understanding, and we were the only pharmacy open. The fireworks. The Independence. The Freedom. Yep... It was a good day. Did you know that the earliest documentation of fireworks was in the 7th century, China used fireworks to scare off evil spirits and pray for happiness and prosperity. Interesting little bit of fact for you.
The boat isn't mine; or my sweeties for that matter. It is however every mans dream, as you will see in the next photo; The smile alone gives it away.
Now that is a man who has found his true passion. Or, it could have been the meal and a full belly. Maybe the great company ~ Me. To bad the boat belongs to someone else.
If you watched the fireworks in person ... With a group of friends and family.
Or maybe you set some off in your yard with the grill going and a few cold ones on ice...
Even if you sat back and watched them on the television with your very own sweety...
I hope you enjoyed every second of your Independence Day. Never forget what the 4th of July stands for, and what it means to you.
Many thanks to our service men and women...
I love my sweety!
